Ben Normoyle

An experienced senior leader with more than 12 years’ expertise in the appliances sector, Ben joined Fisher & Paykel Appliances in 2014 as General Manager of Retail Sales in Australia, before transitioning to the role of Chief Operating Officer Australia.

In his role as Chief Commercial Officer, Ben is responsible for the overall commercial operations of Fisher & Paykel, including sales conversion and performance for the key strategic markets of USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Ben’s is skilled in customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement, as well as the development of effective go to market strategies that draw on the expertise across a wide range of business functions.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Organisational Behaviour from the University of Melbourne, and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business from Monash University.
