Rahul Khadake has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Rahul started their career in 2007 at Piaggio India Pvt. Ltd. as a Design Engineer, where they focused on packaging vehicle components and conducting basic stress calculations. From 2009 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Design Engineer at John Deere, specializing in designing structural members for corn-heads and combine harvesters. Rahul Khadake completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2000 to 2004. Rahul then pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Design Engineering from the same university, which they completed from 1999 to 2004. After a few years, Rahul enrolled at S.V.P.M Institute of Management and obtained their MBA degree in Materials & Production from 2007 to 2009.
