Scott Bent

Scott Bent has a diverse work experience in engineering and project management. Scott started their career at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare in 2006, where they held various roles such as Assistant Product Development Engineer and Product Development Engineer. During this time, they gained expertise in product design, prototyping, and evaluating acoustic and vibration performance. In 2010, they took on the role of Project Leader, where they managed the design and development of future motor and blower technology projects.

In 2012, Bent joined AIM Altitude as a Project Manager, responsible for delivering commercial aircraft line fit and reconfiguration programmes. Scott later became a Programme Manager, overseeing the entire process from scoping to final delivery. Scott successfully managed relationships with global customers, manufacturers, and suppliers, consolidating the efforts of cross-functional teams in engineering, industrial design, commercial, finance, and procurement.
