Nicola Cooper

Nicola Cooper is an experienced professional in leadership and organizational development, currently serving as the Learning and Capability Manager at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare since January 2020, following a role as Senior Learning and Organisational Development Advisor. Prior experience includes positions as Management Trainer and Executive Coach at Cambridge Consulting, and Head of People and Culture at Projects Link Contracting Co L.L.C., overseeing comprehensive human resources functions. Nicola has also worked as a CIPD Consultant for the Bradfield Group, and led training and development at the Abu Dhabi Council for Economic Development and ALDAR Properties PJSC.
