Nima Hosseini

Nima Hosseini currently serves as a Product Development Engineer at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare since May 2023. Prior to this role, Nima worked as a Research Assistant and a PhD Student at The University of Auckland from August 2018 to May 2023, focusing on a new framework for subject-specific simulations of gastric motility. Additionally, Nima held the position of Graduate Teaching Assistant for engineering workshop practice courses at the same institution. Nima obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from The University of Auckland in December 2022, and previously earned a Master of Science (MS) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from IAU Shiraz between 2013 and 2016, and 2008 and 2013, respectively.
