Sarah Wong is a seasoned quality systems and regulatory compliance professional with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Systems Engineer at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare since April 2019, Sarah specializes in post-market surveillance and has built strong relationships with regulatory authorities, including the US FDA and AU TGA. Prior experience includes leading ISO 13485:2016 implementation at Invacare Australia & New Zealand and developing complaint handling processes. Sarah began her career at Alpha Laboratories NZ Ltd, contributing to regulatory compliance and sales support. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Molecular Biology and Chemistry from The University of Auckland, Sarah combines technical expertise with a commitment to continuous improvement in quality systems.
