Steve Lacke

Steve Lacke has a diverse work experience spanning over 35 years. Their most recent role was as the VP of Marketing and Clinical Affairs at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of VP of Sales and Marketing US at the same company from February 2015 to May 2023.

Before joining Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, Steve worked as the General Manager for The Americas at Aerogen from August 2012 to February 2015. Steve was also the President of Tri-anim Health Services from February 2011 to April 2012, where they had full P&L responsibility for a specialty healthcare distribution business unit.

Steve's earlier experiences include serving as the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Supplier Relations at Sarnova from August 2009 to March 2011, and as the Vice President/General Manager at Cardinal Health from August 2007 to August 2009. Steve also held various roles at Cardinal Health from 2001 to 2007, including VP of Marketing and Business Development and Director of Business Development Lab and Med/Surg Distribution.

Prior to their time at Cardinal Health, Steve worked at Boston Scientific as a Group Marketing Manager from 1994 to 1999, and as a Territory Sales Manager and Sales Trainer from 1991 to 1994. Steve began their career at Procter & Gamble as a Regional Sales Manager from 1986 to 1991.

Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in sales, marketing, business development, and P&L management. Steve has successfully driven financial results, developed strategies, managed key initiatives, and cultivated important relationships with suppliers and customers.

Steve Lacke obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from Marquette University. Steve attended the university from 1983 to 1986, where they pursued a double major in these fields of study.
