Emily Alvarez represents businesses in a range of immigration issues including worker visa applications and general compliance matters.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Emily was a law clerk for an immigration law firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she prepared removal and family-based applications and petitions for submission to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), as well as motions, memoranda, and briefs for the Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals.
After law school, Emily prepared Applications for Asylum and for Withholding of Removal for clients as an intern at the Nationalities Service Center.
