Shannon Cahill represents employers in a wide range of employment and labor matters including harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes. She also counsels and assists employers with the development of employee handbooks and policies.
Shannon received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Shannon won first place in the Alumni Torts Moot Court Competition and was a member of the Client Advocacy Team. Shannon also worked as a law clerk for a local civil defense firm, where she defended public and private entities in all stages of litigation.
