Tony Brown

Tony Brown is a member of Fisher Phillips’ Executive Leadership Team and leads the firm’s talent management areas including professional development, human resources, and recruiting. His responsibilities include developing and executing talent management strategies that support continuous improvement and growth in alignment with the firm’s short-term and long-term goals. The seamless integration across the Executive Leadership Team truly sets Fisher Phillips apart as it enables collaboration, innovation, and diversity of ideas.

He works closely with firm management, partners, internal staff, and external resources to develop and implement training and professional development programs to support the career management and retention of lawyers; the administration of non-partner evaluations, mentoring, advancement, and compensation; and oversight of staff human resources functions.
