Sharon Harwood

Sharon Harwood is the Chief Compliance Officer for Fisher-Titus. She joined Fisher-Titus in 1989 as risk manager and progressively assumed further responsibility to be named Chief Compliance Officer/In-House Counsel in 2018.

She maintains licensure in Ohio as a registered nurse and attorney. She has served on various state and community boards including the Ohio Supreme Court Board of Professional Responsibility, past president of the Ohio Society of Healthcare Risk Managers and Hospital Attorneys and public service on Norwalk City Council.

Mrs. Harwood graduated cum laude from the University of Toledo and received her juris doctorate in law from the Toledo College of Law in 1985. She enjoys travel, boating, and family events.
