Diana Bauer

Diana Bauer is an experienced estate planning attorney currently employed at Fisher, Tousey, Leas & Ball since May 2023. Previously, Diana held the same position at Purcell, Flanagan, Hay & Greene, P.A. from July 2022 to May 2023 and at Williams Parker from June 2019 to March 2022. Early in the career, Diana gained experience as a summer associate at Williams Parker and as a law clerk intern at Raymond James Trust, where research and preparation of legal forms were key responsibilities. Additional roles included a law clerk in the probate division of the Fourth Circuit Court and an elder law legal aid volunteer at Gulfcoast Legal Services. Diana's leadership skills were demonstrated as the external vice president of Central Florida Hillel and as the founder and president of the Outdoor Adventure Club. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law, alongside law degrees from Stetson University College of Law and a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida.
