Jennifer Cory

Jennifer Cory is a Partner at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP, where leadership is provided for the Immigration Solutions team, focusing on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions for domestic and international employers and investors. Jennifer also serves as a Partner at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP, leading the Business Immigration Solutions group. Prior to these roles, Jennifer was a Partner at Garfinkel Immigration Law Firm from April 2001 to July 2017. Jennifer holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Stetson University College of Law, a Certificate in European Legal Studies from Tulane Institute of European Legal Studies, and various certificates in French from Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Paris and Université de Paris-Sorbonne. Academic credentials also include a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English and French from Hollins College.
