Ed is the FPSS Director of Safety Training and Lead developer of safety training events in New England since 2005, Retired Coast Guard Captain; Member of Coast Guard’s Commercial Fishery Safety Advisory Committee and NEC’s Commercial Fishing Advisory Board.
