Martin Gray has over 10 years of professional experience in sales operations and management. From 2010 to present, they have been the Sales Operations Manager at Fishman, Inc., where they designed and administered the Salesforce CRM system to improve productivity for domestic and international sales teams. Martin also streamlined the key account sales pipeline by creating and managing the sales operations department. During their time at Fishman, Inc., Martin was responsible for servicing 70+ international distributors, major retail chains, national online retailers, and 60+ OEM partner brands. Martin also installed a factory-direct sales model to drive core product volume with increased margin and lower costs and established a Canadian direct sales model to increase profitability, lower delivery time and improve experience. Martin reported to the Vice President of Global Sales to ensure fulfillment of weekly, monthly and annual sales targets and automated executive level reporting, forecasting and company dashboards. In 2013, they were awarded Employee of the Year for overhauling the fulfillment channel process and was responsible for hiring, training, and managing the 2016 Employee of the Year. Prior to their time at Fishman, Inc., Martin was the Operations Manager at Sonic Distribution Ltd. from 2006 to 2010.
