Ruthie Peters has extensive work experience in various roles. Ruthie started their career at Metro FCU in 1998 as a Collections Manager, where they managed the collections department, check clearing, and fraud. Ruthie also worked on side projects such as implementing an automated overdraft check clearing program and choosing and implementing a collateral protection insurance tracking program.
In 2007, Ruthie joined Lamplighter Apartments as an Assistant Manager. Their responsibilities included managing all office functions, tax prep, and rental documentation for 60 units.

Ruthie Peters obtained a Master of Science in Management Information Systems (MS in MIS) with a Certificate in Systems Analysis and Design from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2019. Ruthie also attended Omaha Code School in 2015, where they studied full stack web development. Additionally, Ruthie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bellevue University.

Ruthie also completed the "Python Basics for Java Developers" course from LinkedIn in September 2019. Additionally, they completed code school courses including "Rails for Zombies Redux," "Ruby Bits," and "Try Ruby," although the specific dates of completion are unknown.
