Stefan Maritz is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience across multiple roles and industries. Currently serving as Marketing Lead at CXL and as a Brand and Marketing Consultant at Energy & Matter, Stefan specializes in brand strategy, marketing strategy, personal branding, and demand generation. As the Founder of Coffee Clothing, Stefan advocates for wellness in the workplace, while also working as a Fractional Head of Marketing for Fiskal Finance. Previously, Stefan held significant marketing leadership positions at blackbear, RoomRaccoon, Lead Capital Group, Platinum Seed, Saatchi & Saatchi Synergize, and 8Brand Africa, where responsibilities included developing marketing teams, implementing growth strategies, and leading brand initiatives. Stefan holds an Honours degree in Strategic Brand Communication from Vega School and a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Stellenbosch University.
