Hanna Karppinen

Hanna Karppinen's work experience includes positions at Fiskars Group, HKScan Corporation, and Outokumpu. At Fiskars Group, they worked as an HR Director for Global Functions and Finance & Legal, where they supported management teams and was a member of the HRLT. At HKScan Corporation, they served as the Head of Talent Development, responsible for global leadership and competence development. At Outokumpu, they held multiple roles including HRD Manager and Specialist, where they were responsible for HR development, talent management, and various HR processes and projects. Hanna also worked as an Assistant in the Corporate Controller's Office at Outokumpu.

Hanna Karppinen completed basic studies in Psychology at the University of Helsinki from 2015 to 2016. Hanna obtained their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Language Translation (French, Spanish) and Pedagogics from the University of Turku from 1996 to 2003. Prior to that, they studied French Language and Literature and Spanish Language at the University of Jyväskylä in 1995-1996. In addition to their academic qualifications, Hanna Karppinen has also obtained certifications such as the OPQ and Verify certificate from SHL in 2018 and a Certified Business Coach certification from the Business Coaching Center in 2012.
