Tanya Thornber

Tanya Thornber is an experienced leader in the field of total rewards and employee benefits, currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Fiskars Group since June 2024. Previously, Tanya held the position of Interim Total Reward Consultant at Immediate Media Co, where a new job architecture and reward strategy were developed. Tanya's tenure at Brown-Forman from May 2019 to November 2023 included roles such as Senior Director International Reward & Global Mobility and Director Total Rewards for various divisions, focusing on employee benefits design and project management. Prior experience includes roles at Richemont as Head of Global Compensation & Mobility and Diageo as Global Reward Transformational Manager. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Psychology from The University of Bolton.
