Heiko Rau

Heiko Rau has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Heiko most recently worked at Fissler GmbH as the Head of Innovation & Product Development starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they were with Grohe AG where they served as the Leader Showering - Product Development R&D Fittings from June 2021 to November 2021. Heiko also briefly took on the role of a Stay-at-home Dad between March 2021 and May 2021.

Before their recent roles, Heiko worked at Villeroy & Boch for a significant period. Heiko held multiple positions at Villeroy & Boch, including Head of Development & Production ViClean, Head of Business Unit ViClean, Department Manager - Global Product Development ViClean, Global Technical Product Manager, and Department Manager High Pressure Casting Moulds.
