Though the location of the retreats may change, Fit & Fly Girl retreats always have the same constants:  stylish accommodations in either a private villa or boutique hotel, fitness classes taught by first-rate instructors flown in by Fit & Fly Girl, healthy and delicious food, wellness activities, spa treatments, cultural excursions, entertainment, and time for guests to care for themselves while forming new friendships with other women.  Fit & Fly Girl's aim is to introduce its guests to new locations, new experiences, and new people, all while nurturing themselves mind, body, and spirit.
