Karunia Sejahtera Zulwin, also known as Rico, currently serves as the Creative Lead at FIT HUB while simultaneously holding the position of Creative Brand Strategist at Peka since June 2016. With extensive experience in the creative industry, Rico has previously worked with notable companies such as Shopee as Lead Creative Strategist, ADNA as Creative Group Head, and Havas Group Indonesia in various roles including Group Head and Creative Writer. Rico's expertise encompasses brand development, strategic consulting, and the creation of award-winning advertising campaigns for prominent brands including Go-jek and Samsung Mobile. Rico's educational background includes a UK BTEC Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design in Advertising from UniSadhuGuna International College.
