Our 6000+ exercise database provides novel and complex challenges across a range of cognition.The combination of individualized cognitive coaching, coupled with a library of differentiated activities has helped seniors across all levels of cognition slow the advancement of dementia. 

Families are reassured they are doing the best they can for mom or dad when they receive Fit Mind's monthly reporting that shares vital assessment information on four areas of cognition, as well as qualitative information regarding their Mom or Dad's quality of life.
