Joseph Kalafut

Joseph Kalafut has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Joseph began their career at AIS, Inc. in 2017 as a Tier 1 Help Desk Intern, where they gained valuable experience in providing technical support. Joseph then worked at Ancho & Agave as a Food Server from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, Joseph joined Northwestern Medicine as a Technical Analyst, contributing their technical expertise to the organization. Currently, they are employed at FIT Technologies, starting as a Technical Support Services (TSS) Engineer in January 2021 and quickly advancing to the role of Technical Support Services Team Lead in July 2021.
