Mary Fetsco

Mary Fetsco is a legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law, currently serving as a Partner at Fitch, Even, Tabin & Flannery LLP since July 2022. Previously, Mary held the position of Associate Attorney at von Briesen & Roper, s.c. and Greer, Burns & Crain, Ltd., where responsibilities included drafting discovery documents for trademark opposition proceedings, authoring and prosecuting patent applications, and managing a large number of trademark anti-counterfeiting lawsuits. Mary began her legal career as a Law Clerk, gaining experience in patent claims and drafting litigation documents. Additionally, Mary has academic experience as a Teaching Assistant at DePaul University, where focus was on legal writing and student engagement. Mary holds a Juris Doctor degree in Intellectual Property Law from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Engineering from Michigan State University.
