Robert Lampher

Robert Lampher serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Fitch Irick Corporation since January 2024. Prior to this role, Lampher held various senior positions at Conifer Realty from May 2018 to June 2022, including Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and Senior Vice President. Lampher was the President of Pennrose Management Company from January 2008 to March 2014, and served as a Board Member on the Property Management Industry Advisory Board at Drexel University from November 2011 to February 2014. Additionally, Lampher was a member of the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Apartment Association during 2013-2014 and held the position of Executive Vice President at The Shelter Group from September 2004 to June 2007. Earlier in their career, Lampher served as Vice President of Corporate Operations at Prometheus Real Estate Group and held various roles at Western National Property Management from January 1990 to October 1994. Lampher's academic background includes education from the University of Phoenix and California State University, Fullerton.
