Divya Bali

Divya Bali is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Director of U.S. Public Finance for Local Governments and Public Power at Fitch Ratings since May 2022. Prior to this role, Divya held the position of Senior Analyst at the U.S. Government Accountability Office from September 2008 to March 2022, where responsibilities included leading projects within the Strategic Issues division to create reports that informed U.S. policies. Divya holds a Master's of Public Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Case Western Reserve University.
