Edwin Ramirez-Homs

Edwin Ramirez-Homs is an Associate in the Global Financial Markets group at Clifford Chance since October 2018, specializing in representing issuers and underwriters in equity and debt securities offerings, regulatory compliance, and financing transactions for clients in diverse industries across Latin America and Europe. Prior experience includes an internship with UNHCR, where Edwin contributed to human rights reports and submissions, as well as roles in various legal capacities such as Summer Law Clerk at Clifford Chance, Student Attorney at the Community and Economic Development Clinic, and Unaccompanied Minors Program Intern at Catholic Charities Community Services. Edwin holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.B.A. in Economics and Financial Analysis from The University of Texas at El Paso.
