Jennifer Gold

Jennifer Gold, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently, Jennifer serves as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Fitch Ratings, having joined the company in March 2014. Prior to this, Jennifer held multiple HR positions at Centre Group Holdings (US) Ltd. and Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. from 1997 to June 2013, including HR Business Partner and HR Manager. Throughout the career, Jennifer has effectively collaborated with executive teams to develop HR strategies for diverse employee populations, managed comprehensive HR functions, and supported performance and talent management initiatives. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
