Paul Najarian

Paul Najarian is an experienced legal and finance professional with a robust background in covenant review, legal counsel, and human resources. Currently serving as Associate Director and Senior Attorney at Fitch Solutions/Covenant Review since August 2018, Paul Najarian focuses on the detailed analysis of high-yield bond covenant packages and manages data efforts in this area. Previous roles include General Counsel and Head of Investor Relations at The PiC20 Group, LLC, as well as General Counsel at LogicSource, Inc. and Autofusion Corp. Notably, Paul Najarian held significant positions at Morgan Stanley, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and Sidley Austin LLP, accumulating extensive expertise in finance, compliance, and strategic management. Paul Najarian holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BA from the University of Notre Dame.
