Kayla Tapply

Kayla Tapply has extensive experience in technology support and customer service, currently serving as a Technology Paraprofessional at Fitchburg Public Schools since October 2016, where responsibilities include managing tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software, deploying equipment, and teaching staff. Previously, Kayla worked as an IT Intern at Elbit Systems of America, focusing on system configuration, support, and software deployment from August 2015 to August 2016. Early experience includes a role as a Cashier/Supervisor at Hannaford Supermarkets from June 2012 to July 2015, recognized as Customer Service Star in October 2013, and participating in a student-run help desk at Fitchburg High School, which involved monitoring computer labs and providing technical assistance. Kayla holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from Fitchburg State University, attained in 2016.
