Cynthia Schilling is an accomplished graphic designer and educator with extensive experience in academia and the arts. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Practice of Graphic Design at Anna Maria College since July 2023 and previously as a Visiting Assistant Professor in the same field, Cynthia also teaches piano at Fitchburg State University since September 2016. In the graphic design domain, recent positions include graphic designer roles at the Boston Symphony Orchestra and Mass General Brigham Health Plan, alongside previous engagements with Dimensional Fund Advisors and Vestmark. Cynthia's academic background includes a Master of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and dual Bachelor of Music degrees in Piano Performance and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and Studio Art from Fitchburg State University and the University of Massachusetts Amherst, respectively. Additionally, Cynthia has gained invaluable experience through various internships and assistantships in art and design.
