Debra Boucher

Debra Boucher currently serves as the Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Studies and Director of Special Academic Programs at Worcester Polytechnic Institute since April 2017. In addition to this role, Debra is an Adjunct Professor at Fitchburg State University, a position held since January 2022, and has previously served as an Adjunct Professor and in various administrative roles, including Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs and Student Success, Director of Student Success, Assistant Director of Advising, Assistant Director of Enrollment Services, and Visions Transfer Counselor at Mount Wachusett Community College from August 2008 to May 2017. Debra holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Fitchburg State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History/English from Mount Holyoke College, along with an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Mount Wachusett Community College.
