Steph Hughes is an experienced professional with a diverse background in software engineering, fitness instruction, and marketing. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at Legislative Information Systems since January 2024, Steph previously held positions as Software Engineer II and Application System Analyst Programmer at Horace Mann, and Web Development Manager at SIU Medicine. A dedicated fitness professional, Steph has been a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer at FitClub since February 2014. Other notable roles include Marketing Director at Kwik-Wall and Marketing Coordinator at Town and Country Bank. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Illinois Springfield and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
