Ruy Albuquerque

Ruy Albuquerque is an experienced professional in the fields of IT management and strategic planning, currently serving as the Global IT Manager at Fitesa since May 2015. Previously, Ruy worked as a Senior Management Consultant at Enable Consultoria Empresarial Ltda for a brief period in late 2014 and held various roles at Gerdau S.A. from 2004 to 2014, including Business Intelligence Project Leader and Country Head of Strategic Planning, where Ruy was instrumental in implementing management systems and IT infrastructure. Ruy's early career included consultancy roles at Symnetics and a systems analyst position at Petrobras, in addition to educational credentials that include an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and degrees in Software Engineering and Electronic Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
