Bernice Pierson

Bernice Rodriguez-Pierson has a wealth of experience in the sports and entertainment industry. Bernice began their career in 1997 as a Customer Relations Representative for the San Antonio Spurs, a team in the National Basketball Association. In 1999, they moved to Los Angeles to become a Sales Representative for the Los Angeles Clippers. After that, they worked as a Media Relations Representative for the Los Angeles Galaxy of Major League Soccer. In 2001, they were hired as a WUSA San Diego Spirit for Women's Professional Soccer. In 2007, they were cast for the reality show The Alaska Experiment, where they survived off the land in a 200 sq. ft. cabin for three months. From 2011 to 2020, they worked for Mindbody, first as a Senior Sales Executive and then as a Business Development Partner Manager. In 2020, they joined FitGrid as the Chief of Staff and Head of Operations.

Bernice Rodriguez-Pierson obtained a Master's degree from Texas State University and a Bachelor's degree from University of Houston-Clear Lake. Bernice also holds a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
