Locally Owned. Woman Owned. Passion Driven.
Founded by Val Harbidge, a Marin-based personal trainer and mom of three, FITLAB Strong LLC is not a franchise—it's a mission-led, community-focused business designed to help real people create real transformation.

“My journey began with one-on-one personal training in Marin. After seeing lives change through fitness, I wanted to scale that impact. FITLAB Strong evolved from my original solo practice, FITme, into a space where anyone can fall in love with movement.”-Founder FITLAB Strong, Val Harbidge

Our Mission:
To bring together the best coaches, the most effective modalities, and a motivating environment—so more people in Novato, Fairfax, and across Marin County can experience the power of functional fitness.
