David Alperin

David Alperin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in real estate and business management. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Fitler Club since June 2020, David has also been the Managing Member at TM Realty since 2000. Previous roles include Director of Development at EB Realty from November 2011 to June 2020, Co-Owner of Steel Services, LLC from April 2005 to April 2011, Co-Founder of Twenty Manning Restaurant from 1999 to 2004, and Owner of Enertia Sport, a sports clothing store, from January 1987 to December 1997. David Alperin holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University, where studies were completed from 1981 to 1986.
