David Gutstadt

David Gutstadt is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the hospitality and investment sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Ballers since May 2024, David also co-founded Good City Studio in January 2022 and has been the Founder and Owner of Fitler Club since July 2017. Prior roles include Chief Investment Officer for Hotels at Equinox and Managing Director of Hospitality at Related Companies, both from February 2014 to June 2017. David’s earlier career includes significant positions at Lubert Adler and Morgan Stanley, with a robust foundation established at Goldman Sachs as Vice President from 1998 to 2008. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Princeton University, earned from 1994 to 1998.
