Mary Ash

Mary Ash has extensive experience in the fitness industry, currently serving as a Silver Sneakers Instructor and Personal Trainer at Fitness 1440 since 2011. Certified in various fitness modalities including Tivity Silver Sneakers, Zumba, and SMART Fitness, Mary specializes in training senior adults and customizing exercise and nutrition plans for clients. Previous roles include Zumba Gold Fitness Instructor at The Villages of Deaton Creek and numerous Zumba Fitness Instructor positions at various gyms, where Mary led choreographed routines and participated in community fitness events. Additionally, Mary has experience in event planning as a Wedding Coordinator for Blackshear Place Baptist Church and has a background in medical billing and postal services. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Alabama.
