Tara Paddon

Tara Paddon currently serves as Marketing Manager - Growth at Fitness and Lifestyle Group since March 2021, following roles as Senior Media Lead and Media Lead. Tara has an extensive background with Fitness First Australia as a Group Fitness Instructor since 2012. Prior to that, Tara spent nearly six years at Slingshot Media Ventures, progressing from Media Coordinator to Business Manager, with a focus on delivering strategic communication solutions. Earlier experience includes working as a Legal Assistant at Armstrong Legal Family Law. Tara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Media from the University of Canberra and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Western Sydney University.
