Emily Dix is an experienced fitness and healthcare professional with a diverse background in group fitness instruction and physiotherapy. Since October 2007, Emily has served as a Group Fitness Instructor at Fitness First Australia, specializing in Body Attack, Body Pump, and RPM. Emily currently works as the Allied Health Team Lead and Senior Physiotherapist at KEO Care, in addition to having held leadership and physiotherapy roles at Better Rehab, Plena Healthcare, Beaumaris Physiotherapy Centre, and Healthcare 2 You. Emily's teaching experience includes positions as a Health and Physical Education Teacher at Sacre Coeur and Princes Hill Secondary College. Emily holds a Master's degree in Physiotherapy from Flinders University, a Master's in Teaching from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise & Sports Science from Deakin University.
