Alena Hansen

Alena Hansen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and client services. Currently, Alena serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Allovus, a design agency focused on user-centered solutions for government and enterprise clients, since June 2021. Prior to this role, Alena held various positions at Filter, A Merkle Company, from January 2016 to June 2021, including Account Manager, Engagement Manager, and Senior Creative Recruiter. Alena's experience also includes serving as a Client Services Consultant at PRO Unlimited from November 2013 to January 2016, where relationship management and employment law consultation were key responsibilities. Additionally, Alena has worked as a Group Fitness Instructor at LA Fitness since September 2012, teaching diverse fitness classes. Alena holds a Master of Science in International Human Resource Management from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese from Portland State University.
