Arie Katz

Arie Katz serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Real Estate Counsel at Fitness International, LLC, overseeing the legal aspects of real estate for the largest health club chain in the United States, a position held since September 1998. With over 25 years of experience, Arie has built and supervises a legal team dedicated to managing the company's growth. Prior to this role, Arie worked as a Corporate Associate at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP and Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP, focusing on private equity finance, mergers and acquisitions, and hi-tech venture capital. Arie holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Princeton University.
