FITNESS PROJECT
Leigh Elmore is an experienced educational leader and fitness instructor with a diverse background in program development and management. As the Director of the RISE Mentor Program at Willis Independent School District since July 2014, Leigh has successfully expanded the initiative from 40 to over 165 student-mentor pairs, focusing on empowering at-risk students. Concurrently, Leigh teaches spin classes at FITNESS PROJECT, showcasing expertise as both a Les Mills RPM and spinning freestyle instructor. Prior experience includes serving as Director at Presbyterian Day School (Conroe) from 2006 to 2014, where Leigh managed a school with 140 young students, developed teacher training, and implemented innovative educational programs. Leigh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature, History, and Education from Texas A&M University.
