Amber Dhami

Amber Dhami, MBA, CPA, CGA has a diverse work experience in various accounting and finance roles. Amber currently serves as the VP of Finance at Fitness World Canada since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Corporate Controller at Fitness World Canada from July 2020 to March 2022. Amber also served as the Corporate Controller at Steve Nash Fitness World and Sports Club from September 2018 to July 2020. Amber Dhami worked as a Controller at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. from October 2015 to September 2018. Before that, they held roles at Boston Pizza International Inc, including Assistant Controller from October 2012 to September 2015 and Senior Financial Accountant from November 2011 to September 2012. Amber gained experience as a Senior Accountant at CHC Helicopter from September 2010 to November 2011 and as a Financial Accountant at VANOC from October 2007 to September 2010. Amber Dhami began their career as an Accountant at STEMCELL Technologies from September 2006 to October 2007.

Amber Dhami completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biology at The University of British Columbia from 2000 to 2004. Amber then pursued their Certified General Accountants (CGA) certification from Certified General Accountants of BC from 2007 to 2009. Finally, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Management of Technology from Simon Fraser University from 2009 to 2011.
