Shirley Abi-Ad

Shirley Abi-Ad is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in fitness instruction and human resources. Currently serving as a Fitness Instructor and Supervisor at YMCA BC, alongside roles at The Place to Be! and Fitness World Canada, Shirley has demonstrated expertise in group fitness classes and program leadership. Previous positions include fitness training at 30 Minute Hit and various human resources management roles at Joya Growers, Dr. Oetker Canada Ltd, and Apotex Inc., where responsibilities spanned talent acquisition, operations management, and team leadership. Shirley holds an Ontario College Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic and has furthered education at Athabasca University.
