Laurent Salsé

Laurent Salsé is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and consultancy, particularly in ERP implementation and business process reengineering. As the founding director of Fitnet from March 2004 to August 2024, Laurent Salsé has overseen significant developments in the company. Prior to this role, Laurent Salsé contributed to the German consultancy IDS Scheer as a project manager, focusing on ERP integration.
