FITOKIO is a Japanese-branded fitness company located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Our work goes beyond personal training—we focus strongly on corporate wellness, delivering HRD Corp–claimable programs that help companies improve employee health, productivity, and workplace culture.

Malaysia currently faces one of the highest obesity and non-communicable disease rates in ASEAN, influenced by sedentary work patterns, calorie-dense food, and increasing stress levels. We are here to address these challenges by combining Japanese health expertise with solutions tailored to Malaysian lifestyles.

We provide a range of corporate wellness services, including health management seminars, body screening, and in-office massage service.

Our goal is to make health education accessible, practical, and culturally relevant—empowering employees to take charge of their well-being and helping companies build healthier, more resilient teams.

FITOKIO continues to grow as a trusted partner for Malaysian organizations seeking sustainable wellness solutions backed by Japanese quality and evidence-based methods.
