Jenny Fowler

Jenny Fowler is an accomplished health and wellness professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Health & Wellness Speaker at FitPros since January 2020, Jenny leads seminars on workplace wellbeing for organizations nationwide. As a Certified Nutrition Consultant since 2013, Jenny provides corporate wellness services and private consultations, focusing on individual food preferences and long-term sustainable habits. Jenny was a Senior Diabetes Prevention Coach at First Mile Care from January 2019 to March 2024, training coaches in a CDC-recognized lifestyle modification program. Previous positions include Health Educator at Kaiser Permanente and Diabetes Prevention Coach at the YMCA of San Francisco. Jenny has also contributed as a Nutrition Educator at Leah's Pantry and as a Wellness Instructor and Coach at Bauman College. Educational credentials include a Certified Nutrition Consultant from Bauman College and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from San Diego State University.
